Want staggered wheels for your Honda S2000? Part 1

Posted on 20. Jan, 2011 by in Honda, Rota Topics

The Honda S2000 is a brilliant Roadster but has one draw back, getting wheels to fit it!

With Rota wheels you do not have to worry, we have a selection of wheels in the required staggered fitment to make your s2000 look awesome.

Joe Manning came to us and we sorted out a set of 17×7.5 front and 17×8 rear Rota Torques for his S2000.

Spec:
Rota Torques 17×7.5 ET45 front – 17×8 ET48 Rear in Gunmetal
Toyo T1R  215x45x17 front and 235x40x17 Rear

As you can see he made the right choice as the car looks awesome with his HKS Supersport Lowering springs.  If the Torques are not to your liking then we can offer either the Rota Slipstream in the 17×7.5 front and 17×8 rear or the Rota Fighter in 17×8 front and 17×9 Rear which come with the perfect offset.

Let me know what you think of Joe’s car. Have you got Rota Wheels on your S2000? If so send us your images and spec to Sales@rotashop.co.uk

Hi! Joe s car look very nice with that set up!

    …I m a italian s2000 owner, I have a ’99 S2000 so I have to run 16″ wheels.Searching around I was thinking at this set up:

    front 16×7 et+40 rota grid
rear 16×8 et+20 rota grid offroad

what do you think?too aggressive for the rear?
is possible to get the GRID OFFROAD in +30/+40?

    ciao!Ale

    Hello

The Grid offroad is only available in 6×139.7 as its a 4×4 wheel.

The ideal set up on the S2000 is either 17×7.5 on the front and 17×8 on the rear like what joe has picked or the Rota Fighters 17×8 front a7x9 rear. This is due to the high offset needed

    Regards
    Barry

Hi i have been looking for wheels for so long now im just mentally exhausted, i have a 1999 S2000 in silverstone grey.
these wheels look great but was wondering if you have done one with a set of gold or bronze wheels on this colour and how does it look?
What other wheels do you have in the same offset and can you put spacers to fill the arches more.

    Many thanks

    Nick

    Hello Omar,

The Concave Torques are only available in 17×9 with on offset of ET35 so the will catch on the rear arches as the will stick out too wide. It has been done before but modifications were needed

What colors do you have for the Rota slipstreams and how much for a set shipped to 93612 CA? How much for tire packages? Thanks..

    Hi,

These wheels look great, just what I want for my S2000. I would want to keep my tyres as Honda standard size. That is 215/45/17 fronts and 245/40/17 rears. That wouldnt be a problem would it?. I noticed on your example Joes rears were 235 and he used lowering springs. I just want to be able to bolt the wheels straight on to my car. Mine is totally standard.
