Delivery to mainland UK is £20, this does not include Northern Ireland or the Scottish Isles. Overseas destinations are valued by weight and volume, if you require a quote for a particular destination please call our sales team on 0844 557 1080. All orders are dispatched on a 1-2 day service depending on stock availability, please be aware that if tyres are ordered delivery will be 2-3 days to allow fitting and balancing. The delivery company used for all orders is Interlink. On the day of dispatch a tracking number will be made available to you.
Please ensure you check the wheel condition on arrival before signing for them! If the rims are damaged in transit but have been signed for as accepted, we will not be able to have the wheel returned or replaced!
All Rota wheels come with a 12 month purchasers warranty. If an issue arises within that warranty period please contact Rotashop via email firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures and a description of the problem, or call us on 0844 557 1080. If you request to have the part inspected under warranty then you will have to pay for the delivery of the part to our supplier. If a fault has been found then a refund of the delivery will be made. If a fault has not been found then you will have to pay for the part to be delivered back to you. The inspection process takes between 5-10 days. Please be aware that when ordering wheels and tyres as a package, be sure that the correct fitment has been ordered. We are not able to take back any orders due to fitment related issues after tyres have been fitted.
If a product is not wanted then contact Rotashop via email email@example.com and give a brief description of why it is not wanted. Rotashop will then supply the returns number and address for it to be sent back. You will have to pay for the delivery of the product back to our supplier. This has to be done within 30 days of you receiving the product. Once checked we will then be notified by our supplier and a refund will be arranged. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee if unwanted or incorrectly ordered. If a product is returned damaged to our suppliers then it will not be accepted and it will be sent back to you and no refund will be given. If tyres have been fitted to the wheels or they have been used during driving, we will not accept the wheels back.
